His experience covers a wide range of sectors including a financial services focus, with a career spanning both consulting and executive management with ITT Financial Services, Chase Manhattan Bank, KPMG, GAN Financial Services, CEDAR TM and IDDAS.
Sean is an experienced board governance consultant and works with Advanced Boardroom Excellence carrying out board review work. As senior corporate lawyer, adviser and non-executive board director, he has a wealth of experience in international business, corporate finance over the last four decades. Sean undertakes the board interviews, development of the recommendations and feedback to the board as appropriate.
Christopher is an experienced Chairman and NED with public, private and third sector bodies. In addition, Christopher has had worldwide business experience in British, American, French and Swiss multinationals.
Noreen is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary with twenty years’ experience in two of Ireland’s leading companies. She has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate governance and board management, together with a record of achievement in pension reform, risk management, treasury, strategic planning, budgeting and financial control.
Phil is a leading practitioner in board compensation strategy. He has some 25 years of diverse international compensation & benefits experience, as a practitioner in FTSE 50 companies, and more recently as an independent consultant.
Jeannette is part of the part of the Advanced Boardroom Excellence corporate governance team. She provides support as a governance and regulatory expert and executive coach.
Julia is part of the part of the Advanced Boardroom Excellence corporate governance and coaching team. She provides support as a governance consultant with a focus on remuneration alignment, cultural and behavioural oversight, executive career planning and CRS effectiveness.
