Bernard is a board level executive coach and consultant with over thirty years experience gained in a wide range of industry sectors, including telecoms, financial & professional services (including the legal sector), oil & gas, media and the public sector.
Elaine has fifteen year's consultancy experience and provides the Advanced Boardroom Excellence lead in assessment. She provides assessment-coaching consultancy to our client’s at senior levels. She also provides project support to Advanced Boardroom Excellence consultancy activities.
Noreen is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary with twenty years’ experience in two of Ireland’s leading companies. She has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate governance and board management, together with a record of achievement in pension reform, risk management, treasury, strategic planning, budgeting and financial control.
Claire is a solicitor and qualified company secretary with over thirty years’ experience, principally in banking and financial services, and more recently, in the grocery/retail sector.
Prior to undertaking an independent consultant career Colin was VP Human Resources at GlaxoSmithKline. Colin has over 30 years’ experience in the Human Resources field, especially in a global manufacturing market with extensive knowledge of employee engagement and European Works Councils.
Kevin McGeever works for Advanced Boardroom Excellence as an executive coach, group facilitator and leadership consultant. Kevin has been providing coaching to director and senior executives throughout the UK and across a range of sectors including finance/financial services, consulting, technology, manufacturing, education and the public sector for over 15 years.
Mike is an experienced chairman and non executive director, with more than twenty years NED experience supporting boards in both the public and private sector. Additionally, Mike had some 14 years’ experience as an executive member at The Rank Group, FTSE 100 plc Board, including the role of chief executive.
Mike is a board level executive coach and consultant with over thirty years’ experience gained in a wide range of industry sectors with a wealth of experience of leading and managing organisational change. He is one of the most senior HR professionals in the UK, having been group HR director for Thomas Cook, Boots and B&Q.
Phil is a leading practitioner in board compensation strategy. He has some 25 years of diverse international compensation & benefits experience, as a practitioner in FTSE 50 companies, and more recently as an independent consultant.
Gordon’s thirty year career spans both operational management and human resources in the retail and FMCG sectors at executive PLC board level. He has worked for a range of ‘blue chip’ companies including Cadbury’s, Levi Strauss, Diageo, Associated British Foods, Safeway, MFI and Wolseley.
Sean is an experienced Board governance consultant and works with Advanced Boardroom Excellence carrying out board review work. As senior corporate lawyer, adviser and non-executive board director, he has a wealth of experience in international business, corporate finance over the last four decades. Sean undertakes the board interviews, development of the recommendations and feedback to the board as appropriate.
Christopher is an experienced Chairman and NED with public, private and third sector bodies. In addition, Christopher has had worldwide business experience in British, American, French and Swiss multinationals.
