Our Chairman, Helen Pitcher OBE has given a series interviews sharing her background and thoughts for the INSEAD Directors' Network following her recent election to President of the Board.
The INSEAD Directors' Network, IDN – a global network of INSEAD alumnus of international board directors and corporate governance experts – was introduced by the INSEAD International Alumni Association in 2014 and grew out of the INSEAD International Directors' Programme (IDP).
The idea for a network was promoted by alumni who have completed the IDP programme and its certification and who wanted to come together to promote good governance across the globe.
The network supports INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre activities in terms of education, research, and outreach.
The Network comes together twice a year at INSEAD’s International Directors Forum (IDF), organises events and dinners for its members in major cities via its local ambassadors, runs international webinars on current board topics and runs an Advocate and Connect Board Search Initiative.
