AI, Women, and the Board

Women Board Directors have a particular edge when Boards consider the implications of AI on their Business.  They bring unique perspectives and valuable contributions to Board discussions on AI’s impact.  Their presence enhances the Board’s ability to address the rapidly emerging and complex influence of AI on the organisation.

Balance in Business (BiB) Awards Dinner – Wed, 4 June 2025

The aim of the Balance in Business Initiative is to engage and inspire current and future leaders as to why Balance in Business is a Business Imperative. The focus is on how to implement it and to recognise the tangible value it creates.

This is a fully volunteer-led initiative run by INSEAD alumni who are passionate about addressing gender balance. Helen Pitcher OBE our Chairman at Advanced Boardroom Excellence sits on the Board and is also a Judge.
